The Ketogentic Diet consists of eating high-fat, moderate protein, and low-carbohydrates. By reducing carbs/sugar, eating more good fats,the body will in turn enter into a state of ketosis where the body begins to burns fats/ketones for fuel/energy instead of glucose/carbs/sugars.
